All our bags are made in Japan and shipped from Japan. Crystal Ball Global uses EMS (Express Mail Service) for international shipping. EMS delivers to most countries and packages usually arrive within one week of shipment (unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times). Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Once your package has been shipped, you will be sent an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order online at the following site: http://tracking.post.japanpost.jp/service/jsp/refi/DP311-00100.jsp?locale=en
EMS parcels must be signed for on delivery. In the case that no-one is at the specified address to receive the parcel, a slip will be left that indicates an attempted delivery and the parcel must then be picked up in person by the customer or a second delivery attempt arranged. It is the responsibility of the customer to enquire about the amount of time their local post office will hold an unclaimed parcel before returning it to the sender. Crystal Ball Global does not cover re-shipping costs and must recover this amount before we will send the order again.
Shipping Rates
Crystal Ball Global charges a flat shipping rate depending on the total amount of your order, regardless of the destination. Please see the below table for shipping rates based on purchase amount:

Upon delivery of the package, additional customs taxes may be incurred. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and Crystal Ball Global has no way of knowing the total amount of taxes a particular package may incur.
Shipping Times
The average delivery time for most destinations is 4 to 6 days. While delays are uncommon, on occasion there can be delays of up to a few weeks. In this instance Crystal Ball is unable to assist and customers must contact their local EMS office or postal service for details.
Returns and Out of Stock Items
Crystal Ball does not accept returns of products for any reason. We encourage all customers to take great care in choosing items and placing orders with us. If you do not understand the product details or you have further enquiries about our shipping policy please do not hesitate to contact us.
Although the Crystal Ball Global site is updated often according to stock of products, occasionally an item in your order may be out of stock. In this case your payment will be refunded and the order will be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused due to out of stock products.
